Millennium® Suite

SIA's Millennium® Suite is a group of software applications for the insurance industry based on the latest technologies available.

The various Millennium® Suite solutions are based upon a combination of common features:

  • Centralized management of the customer database: Millennium®'s CRM-Customer Database includes an integrated Marketing System to perform several of the most common tasks required to analyze your market.
  • Centralized management of products: IPM (Insurance Product Manager) is not just a product generator but an actual controller for all insurance-related technical activities of the system.
  • The possibility (guaranteed, in fact, by IPM) to bring new products to the market and to change existing ones without any programming or database management interventions on Contracts and Claims and with no need to prepare/modify any user interface or report.
  • Complete Integration with office automation tools (Microsoft Office and StarOffice), greatly reducing the low value-added need for repetitive tasks to be performed by users, such as during the preparation and customization of standard letters.
  • Interaction between users and applications in Client/Server mode and in Web mode with substantially identical features and interfaces.

Products included in Millennium® Suite are:

  • Millennium® Damages and Millennium® Life specifically designed for companies: both products have all of the features required to interconnect the Sales Network via the Web.
  • OMB (Omnia Millenniumv Brokers), designed for brokers of any size.
  • Omnia Millennium® Agencies (also part of the Omnia Millennium® Back Office version) is an evolution of the Omnia package designed for exclusive and multifirm agencies.
